Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Oak Hill Funding LLC (“Oak Hill Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or submit information to us, including through our qualification form (the “Fit Check”). By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete the Fit Check or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit. This may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, company name, industry, location, years in business, and information about your company’s finances, such as monthly sales, outstanding accounts receivable, existing financing obligations, and tax lien status.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically when you visit, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to evaluate whether factoring may be a fit for your business; to introduce you to our funding partners; to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your request; to operate, maintain, and improve our website; and to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share your information

Funding partners. Oak Hill Funding is a broker. When you submit your information to us, we share it with one or more of our third-party funding partners so they can evaluate your business and contact you about financing. Our current funding partner is PRN Funding, and we may work with additional funding partners in the future. Once your information is shared with a funding partner, that partner’s own privacy policy governs its use of your information. We may receive compensation from funding partners in connection with referrals; see our Disclosures page for details.

Service providers. We use third-party service providers to operate our website and business, including website hosting, form and lead processing, email delivery, and analytics (for example, Google and Vercel). These providers process information on our behalf.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Oak Hill Funding, our users, or others. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some state privacy laws define “selling” or “sharing” broadly, and sharing your information with funding partners in connection with a referral arrangement may qualify under those definitions. If you do not want your information shared with our funding partners, do not submit the Fit Check, or contact us at the email address below and we will honor your request going forward.

Communications and your consent

If you provide your phone number or email address and agree to be contacted, Oak Hill Funding and our funding partners may contact you about your inquiry by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including through automated means. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of receiving funding. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email, or opt out of any communications by contacting us at the email address below.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Essential technologies are used to make the site work — for example, we use your browser’s local storage to save your progress in the Fit Check on your own device. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. The only third-party analytics service we use is Google Analytics; we do not use it to identify you personally.

You can learn how Google uses data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. If a cookie preferences tool is available on our website, you can also use it to accept or decline non-essential cookies at any time. Declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using our website.

Data retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to serve your inquiry, operate our business, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described below.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain sharing. Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at the email address below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask that we stop sharing it with funding partners, and we will respond to reasonable requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy rights.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Third-party websites

Our website contains links to third-party websites, including the websites and application pages of our funding partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
