Oak Hill Funding is a broker, not a lender
Oak Hill Funding LLC (“Oak Hill Funding”) is an independent broker. We connect businesses seeking invoice factoring with third-party funding companies (“funding partners”). We are not a lender, a bank, or a factoring company, and we do not provide financing, extend credit, or make credit decisions. All decisions about whether to provide financing — and the rates, fees, advance amounts, and terms of any financing — are made solely by the funding partner, based on its own underwriting criteria.
How we’re compensated
Oak Hill Funding may receive compensation from a funding partner when we refer a business to that partner or when a referred business enters into a financing relationship with that partner. This compensation is paid by the funding partner and comes at no separate charge to you from Oak Hill Funding. Because we are compensated by funding partners, we have a financial incentive to refer you to them.
Our funding partners
Our current funding partner is PRN Funding. We may work with additional funding partners in the future. When you submit your information to us, we share it with one or more funding partners so they can evaluate your business and contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any financing relationship you enter into is between you and the funding partner, governed by that partner’s own agreement.
No guarantee of funding or terms
Submitting information to Oak Hill Funding, receiving a “you qualify” result in our Fit Check, or being introduced to a funding partner is not an offer of financing, a commitment to provide financing, or a guarantee of any particular rate, amount, or terms. Qualification results on this website are a preliminary indication only, based on the information you provide, and are not a credit decision.
